Acupuncture

Today, most people know Acupuncture was first practiced over two thousand years ago. While many ancient medical practices have fallen into disuse, acupuncture has survived, thrived, and is even undergoing a renaissance today as it evolves and adapts to become an important treatment option in the modern world. ithaca acupuncture

Acupuncture has remained relevant by keeping true to effective historical principals while embracing new knowledge and techniques. I practice Acupuncture Physical Medicine, a unique style of acupuncture that utilizes modern trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques integrated within time tested classical acupuncture protocols.  Acupuncture Physical Medicine is especially well suited for treating chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, and functional disorders.
